Glowingly High-Quality
Audio, a cut above the rest
Minimums
This is our certification for remote voice actors. We launched Iridescent Audio last year aiming to help legitimize remote talent LIKE US, through distinguishing audio quality to studios, agents, engineers and creatives alike. Our criteria comes from common LA and international studio sound quality, as an invitation to define an objective technical criteria. This way, hiring decisions are based on talent, not location, helping studios be compliant with the federal Americans with Disabilities Act, in hiring remote and disabled talent.
What It Is: We go through painstaking care to listen to every submission, listening to recording spaces and suggesting improvements. We actually assess specified points of quality, offering improvement for remote audio instead of a simple "pass" or "fail"
For Studios: You will see at a glance, who's audio will blend seamlessly with the rest of your productions, pre-vetted and ready to go, while being ADA compliant.
For Casting Directors: You get consistently higher quality auditions and top tier talent to submit to clients.
For Actors: You have a pre-vetted certification and proof that your audio is actually industry-grade or better.
We're passionate about remote work because 100% of our studio is remote. and our co-founder is a career remote voice actor with disabilities. Bing remote is hard but should be easier. We have measurable and proven success, both remote and in hubs. And it's because we feel collaboration and art should be more important than your zip code. It's 2026, technology is necessary and were here to help
